na ginanap sa Brgy. Kaypian Training Center.

  Alam naman natin na ang masipag nating mga BIOMAN ay hindi ganoon kalakihan ang tinatanggap na honorarya, ngunit ang trabaho nila ay mahalaga sa ating mga Brgy. sila ang nagsisilbi at nagtiyatiyagang ayusin ang mga basura na ating nakalap o nagamit sa ating mga tahanan, kaya naman nararapat silang mabigyan simpleng handog na allowance na pinagkaloob ng magkatuwang sa progreso kasama ang Pamilyang San Joseño. Nawa po ay patuloy kayong maglingkod ng maayos at tapat sa bawat Pamilyang San Joseño mga dakila naming BIOMAN.

Ito ay isang patunay na ang magkatuwang sa progreso na may puso at pag-asa ay patuloy na maglilingkod para sa Pamilyang San Joseño.

Status: Ongoing Construction
Target Completion: 2020

The construction of the MRT Line 7 is on track and on schedule. The construction of columns along Regalado and Doña Carmen streets have been completed. The first bored pile concrete pouring in Batasan station was likewise conducted last 07 October 2017.

Expected to be completed and operational by 2020, the MRT7 project will service over 400,000 passengers in Metro Manila and nearby provinces of Bulacan and Rizal.

Composed of 14 stations, the 22 km MRT7 rail transit system will connect North Avenue in Quezon City to San Jose Del Monte City in Bulacan. Among the areas where stations shall be constructed include: North Avenue, Quezon City Memorial Circle, University Avenue, Tandang Sora, Don Antonio, Batasan, Doña Carmen, Regalado, Mindanao Avenue, Quirino, Sacred Heart, Tala, and San Jose Del Monte.

It would be connected with LRT-1, MRT-3, and the Metro Manila Subway via the Common Station, which would be located between SM North EDSA and Trinoma mall.

LRT-2 EAST EXTENSION OPENS IN 2018
(PASIG - ANTIPOLO)

Status: Ongoing Construction
Target Completion: August 2018

The LRT-2 East Extension Project involves the construction of a 4.0 kilometer extension of the existing LRT-2 System from Santolan, Pasig City to Masinag in Antipolo. Rizal. Two additional stations will be built: (a) the Emerald station, which will be located in front of Robinsons Metro East and Sta. Lucia in Cainta, Rizal; and (b) the Masinag station, which will be located before the Masinag Junction in Antipolo City. These stations are expected to accommodate 80,000 passengers/day.
Once completed, the extended line is expected to significantly cut the commuting time from Masinag in Antipolo to Claro M. Recto in the city of Manila by 30 to 40 minutes from an average of three hours of driving on the road.

 Florida “Rida” Perez - Robes is a young entrepreneur, a socio-civic organizer, an events management expert, a human resource management consultant and a public servant.

She serves the House of Representatives as Chief Political Affairs Officer, concurrent to her engagements as President and Chief Marketing Officer of different private companies and establishments, such as FEM Leisure and Network Inc., Green Option International Construction and Development Corporation - Bustos East Memorial Garden, RSVP Events Designer, and Project Asia Consultancy.

 A dynamic member of several socio-civic organizations like Congressional Spouses Foundation, Focus on Women Group, Gawad Kalinga, Council on Philippine Affairs (Region III), Rotaract Club of Timog, Morato Business Club and Kabataang Barangay (Bustos Chapter) and many more.

 Rida obtained her Masters Degree in Public Administration major in Public Personnel Management and Public Policy at the American University. She also completed her course in Executive Education for “Women and Power” at Harvard University. A hospitality industry practitioner graduated from St. Paul College of Manila with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

 She underwent executive trainings on "Strategies for Success" at the Dale Carnegie, International in Hong Kong and Dr. Edward De Bono's "Creative Thinking" under the renowned mental expert Dr. Peter Low in Malaysia.

Her colleagues and clients know her as a vibrant leader, an excellent communicator, a keen organizer, a dedicated worker, and as a deeply religious woman.
 

 She traces her roots from Bustos, Bulacan, as the eldest child of spouses Ricardo and Diosalinda Perez. Rida is married to three-term Congressman Arturo B. Robes of the Lone District of San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.

of San Jose 2018

Ginanap ang HOA Summit sa Siena College, City of San Jose del Monte Bulacan na dinaluhan ng mga Home Owners Officers sa ating lungsod. Nabanggit din ng ating Mayor Arthur Robes at Congw. Florida “Ate Rida” Robes ang mga planong pagpapaigting ng seguRIDAd at kaalaman sa mga karapatan ng isang Home Owners sa isang Brgy. sa ating Lungsod sa tulong ng ating City Legal Office,

 Civil Security Unit at ABC (Association of Baranggay Councils) ng City of San Jose del Monte Bulacan. Ang bawat tanggapan na nabanggit ay bukas mula 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday upang bigyang daan ang bawat mamamayan sa kanilang mga katanungan para sa kanilang asosasyon.

Layunin din ng kasalukuyang administrasyon na maiwasan ang mga pagdami ng krimen kaya ang bawat mamamayan ay nararapat kilalanin ang bawat naninirahan sa kanilang lugar.
